The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation is hosting a run/walk event, Memphis Miles for Myeloma, this Saturday at 10 a.m. at Shelby Farms' Chickasaw Trail.
Jana Stressel was diagnosed with stage three multiple myeloma (second-most common blood cancer) two years ago, but is still taking strides to stop this disease in its tracks through this event.

What is MMRF?
The Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation (MMRF) was founded by twin sisters Karen Andrews and Kathy Giusti, soon after Kathy's diagnosis with multiple myeloma.
