Registration open for teen police academy
(WMC-TV) - Teens who are interested in an inside look at law enforcement, should attend the Youth Citizens Police Academy.
The informational one week course is being held June 4 through June 8, from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
The classes include demonstrations, discussions, practical exercises and student participation for a "hands on" experience.
Applications can be picked up at the Bartlett Justice Center, Bartlett Station Municipal Center, or printed online by clicking here.
Interested students should hurry because class size is limited to 20 participants, and the application deadline is May 28.
