Barbara Hicks original art on display at Lakeland City Hall | Arts & Culture

Barbara Hicks is displaying her original art at Lakeland City Hall, located at 10001 Highway 70. The display includes a wide variety of art and area residents are encouraged to stop by and view her work during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.

Information is available on her current art as well as commissioning a special original oil portrait from this fine artist.
