Mid-Southerns use social media to help find missing girls

UPDATE: THE TWO GIRLS HAVE BEEN FOUND SAFE BY THE SHELBY COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE.

The word is being shared, and fast, on social media in the Mid-South area. Ashley Warren, 14, and Kenzie Myers are missing. Bartlett Police say they are runaways. Warren’s purse, phone and coat were in her locker.

Both were last seen Wednesday, February 20.

More than 3,000 people shared the photo above from the Bartlett Police’s Facebook page in hopes that the girls would return home.

TheatreKids present "Guys and Dolls"

The gangster underworld of Depression-era New York City is coming to the Bartlett Performing Arts & Conference Center.

TheatreKids is presenting the Tony award-winning musical "Guys and Dolls." Travel to the 1920's with songs like "Luck be a Lady" and "Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat."

Students in grades 7 - 12 have been rehearsing the production since early January. See them Thursday, February 28 - Sunday, March 3.

Curtain times are 7:00 p.m. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $7.50.

Bartlett Business Expo Planned for March

More than 85 businesses will be on hand to display their products and services at the Bartlett Business Expo.  T

he expo will be held at the Bartlett Recreation Center, 7700 Flaherty Place, on March 7, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. 

There will be several Door Prizes given away, and a Grand Prize that includes a two-night stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites Memphis-Wolfchase Galleria. 

The expo is presented by the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce, City of Bartlett, and St. Francis Hospital/Bartlett. If you would like for your busisness to participate in the expo, call (901) 372-9457.
